My mom has a levy on her bank account, will my item still ship?

OK, so my mom is in debt and has to pay a large sum of money. So for some reason, the IRS put a levy on her bank account, which means she can't put money in her account or take it out. But I pre-ordered an item around the 29th of March, and it's going to ship on the 22nd of April. I'm just wondering if my item is still going to ship. I've paid for the item already, lol. I'm not trying to sound rude, but I REALLY want this Cd.
