What 1 aspect from Orton is the more overrated: His wrestling skill or His in-ring psychology? Why?

His psychology: When watching Orton, I don't really see a story outside of his feuds with HHH. I don't feel like Orton can capitvate a crowd when watching Randy in the ring and have never heard of praise from his peers stating so unlike HHH, Flair ( probably best of all time in the category), HBK etc. Banging your fists on the mat, stomping your opponent and hitting an Ace/Diamond cutter ( oh I'm sorry RKO) on your opponent is not calculating or outsmarting your opponent ( a part of in ring pyschology) . If hitting an RKO out of nowhere is striking like a viper, than DDP was a freaking King Cobra. I don't see many rave about his in ring skills, so his psychology is overrated
