Why is the money in my bank account gone?

This morning I had around 100 dollars in my bank account I just checked my online account and it says description Kayla tax levy and it took out 108 dollars, all the money I had in there.I haven't even used the card in a couple days and have no idea what this means I cant call the bank until morning I am worried. Any ideas?
